Should I keep or sell randel Cobb?

Yesterday I pulled randel Cobb and he would be my WR1 but idk if I should keep or sell him last time I checked he was selling for 400k 

if I were too sell him my WRs would be 95 Mike Evans, 94 dehop, and 93 Amari cooper

Sell. Abilities aren't that great. Besides, Moore and Plaxico are better with Short In Elite for only 1 AP

He plays well for me. Couldn’t see the downside, since I can use him for a while and quicksell for 350K. Cheap rental that gives you solid play for a while.

He does some good work from me from the slot. Keep him, he's almost free at the current market
