Since we've scaled back with highest OVR cards this year, do we think the SBMVP will still be a 99 OVR?

The SBMVP is typically a 99 OVR card, but could we see it be a lower OVR this year?

By this time of year we started seeing 95 OVRs, but we're still at 93 OVR (and most likely will be till the end of Zero Chill at least, so about 2-4 more weeks). By the time we reach SB we'll be getting 95 OVR Champion/LTD cards for the most part. 

I could see the SBMVP possibly being 97 OVR. 

What do yall think?

Maybe an early 99 like the TDs are early 96s. Seems kind of symbolic.

Yeah will def still be 99. They are moving ltds to 94 now to sell packs and in the end that's what it comes down to. 99 will sell.

I think we would be inching towards 94s and 95s as soon as the playoffs start

idk i think we may see the player presents be 95’s with the LTDS tmrw already being 94s

a good possibility

Lay year mahomes was the 2nd 99 and if im not mistaken we were only on 96 and 97’s so I think it’ll still be 99

I hope they do it like the team diamonds champions, where its about a +4 ovr to the rest of the cards in the game. I think it should still be the first gold 99, and it would make it a card that people actually want to use.
