We aren't certain, cause they haven't revealed anything. For all we know, it could be the legend set format.

Typical EA. They stated on the first GMM of the year that they were dropping the need to set cards from the program that you were trying to complete the top card for. The Headliners followed that, but then they drop Legends and go right back tot the way that it was last year.

They said for normal champion cards. For as long as I can remember, legend sets have always been like they are this year. The headliners sets, however, followed it, and I have to imagine most promos will follow

I was thinking that the cards to build the sets might be 85s. Otherwise, why were the Sauce and JJettas AKA cards from the preorder 85s? Just nerfed 87s like Josh Allen’s core card vs the preorder card?
