Season 1 pass has been maxed for several weeks, as are GG, Headliners, etc. Only one not maxed is CP. Does it glitch once all are maxed? Or, is there anyone locked out of SB that isn't level 61?

i was lucky enough to have gotten enough solo battles the prior week to max out my CP. i had all 4 maxed since last wednesday, and experienced no glitching. Only BOREDOM
