M24 deluxe presale… says we get a GT for the presale. I own it. It says I own it. How do I get my item. Yeah the games over but still, it’s something that comes with the preorder. Anyone have any thoughts

I'd say you're not going to get it if you haven't gotten it.

A somewhat recent tweet seems to suggest EA believes everyone who is supposed to have the GT has it.

It sucks that you didn't get it. I'm sorry to hear that

I also never received my GT. Emailed EA over the course of like 3 weeks and just kept getting the usual "we're aware of a bug" response. I refunded last week, repurchased, and still never got my pack. Hoping those of us who didn't receive the GT pack still get the other preorder content in M24.
