Still not getting drops

No problems at all last year. 

This week Ive been doing everything I need to. Even reconnected my account twice. Watching on a desk top. Claiming them as soon as they pop up and in the drops section. 

Anyone else in a similar place?

I've noticed that you have to go into the drops and claim them this year, even if you claim through the popup.  Have you tried that?

Yes. I’ve claimed 4 every day.
