Different for anyone else?  First time trying this method, seems chalked unless I messed up somehow

I'm guessing the game is locked to the region that you purchased it in, so I kinda messed up by purchasing it on my main account instead of the New Zealand account.  Oh well, it's more expensive in New Zealand anyways, guess I got 17 more hours ):
