Still waiting!

I only have two of the three ultimate players I need to make the 85ovr set. Started a case with EA, they came back in a couple of days saying it's fixed. I resume the case after waiting 72 hours and open a new case to which I get a generic response. Try restarting my system, look in my binder, etc.! I have a good HB right now, 86 Travis Entienne, but it's the principle of the matter! This is just unacceptable and a week later, they don't seem to give a shit!

You get used to it. Expect more of the same throughout the year. EVERY program half the community wont get their welcome packs, then when they try to fix it like a week later theyll just give a second welcome pack to the half that already got it.

I get it, I don't  expect much if anything from EA. I just don't feel like being silent about it.

I am in the same situation.

Slammer posted a link with an EA response.

They are going to fix it next week and give all of us affected something to make up for not having the players while the were "in their prime".

I have to say I'll believe it when I see it. I hope EA follows through with this!
