so ik in order to get +2 speed on ur receivers u need both time of deep route specialist, and it won’t work if u have 2 of the same. i pulled a rare offense strategy and got both types of drs. however, only one of the 2 had a +speed rating. makes no sense.

What part of that makes no sense? Is there a question to go along with your thread? Not every Rare Deep Route Specialist boosts SPD just like not every Rare In The Zone boosts SPD.
