what is the best program strategy card in the game (sugar rush, game changes, etc.)? Also, what is the best way to get the legendary strategy and team affinity cards, and is it worth it to get either of them? I have Leg. In the Zone & Pave the Way and an Elite Raiders Badge plus the Sugar Rush card plus the TT boosts and a 40 player Raider lineup. A while back, it did make a difference. I could go for CB's with top end MCV and get a +4 ZCV from the card for eg.

Now I have a 98 OVR team and I'm pretty sure that the strat cards make next to no difference at all. I think they help while you have lower OVR cards in the lineup but once you're buying 98's and 99's your getting high numbers where you need them. I'd be spending the 4m on upgrades to positions like C before I worried about strat cards but Leg cards are 150k ish now so just buy cards that fit your scheme. I play almost all Zone so figure having 99ZCV across the board can't hurt.

Best program strategy card in a vacuum is sugar rush since it gives +2 speed. But if all your players have 99 speed you may want a different one.

For a theme team, legendary strat for your team is definitely worth it. It would give you 5 extra boosts of your team's chemisty. So you can have more spots for players who don't get a your theme teams chemistry if you so choose.

If you're looking for a specific one the best way to get it is to buy it off the auction house.
