Strategy Items

I have two Deep Route Specialist and In the Zone and Run Stuff. Should I just QS my rare strategy items or do the 2 for 1 and hope for a better one? I'm not sure what the new strategy items are.

Once you get speed strats you don’t need to upgrade your strategy cards anymore. And there aren’t any new strat cards that I know of, it’s just the non-speed strats can be boosted more with training points
