Suggestions for developing my offensive scheme

Hi guys! I’m looking for suggestions on developing an offensive scheme. It seems like everybody has a specific formation or set of formations that they audible out of, while I’m still doing coach suggestions. I’d like to develop “My Offense” before Madden 23 comes out. I would really appreciate it if people would suggest certain playbooks, specific plays or formations that I could use or modify. And I don’t want to hear Bunch TE, I don’t want to be a cheeser.   

I would like a formation with good run plays. 
I think checkdowns are boring and should be only a last resort. A.K.A I don’t play like Throne.
I like deep passes.

There aren’t a ton of long passes, but I enjoy running the Texans‘ offensive playbook

trips te offset

if u want “deep“ plays, this or Raiders is the pb to run.

I enjoy running Singleback Doubles and Doubles South out of the Rams playbook

Personally, I run Raiders so that is a good place to start with some of the best formations in the game. Find plays that work for you through labbing. Build a few other plays with routes you like in addition to a few main killer plays. You want an equal balance of checkdowns and bombs when looking for a new scheme. Good luck!

I think I found my scheme (I think it’s raiders playbook that I’m running currently. Either that or Titans.) 

Strong Slot formation has really good play action and run plays. I absolutely destroyed someone this morning with play action crossing routes and an improved run game due to finally getting post up on my guards
