I’m sure this has been asked, bare with me. 
Under the team captains chemistry boosts it says tier 1-6.

Does that mean we will get 2 more captains in the future?

Two more captains seems unlikely to me. I don't think EA has ever added more captains. But this is also the first year you can get all of them so we'll see.

I think it's more likely that future team captain upgrades may allow you to get 2x team captain boosts on a captain.
