I missed a lot of the season 1 but managed to complete all the challenges for the token upgrades. But for some reason I can't get the other 4 tokens that is needed to upgrade my team captain to a 94 ovr? There are no additional challenges for me to get those tokens. Any ideas why? Am I supposed to be at a certain level for the challenges to be available to me. Please help!

Did you do the Team Affinity challenges? You get additional tokens through milestones.
