They put his X factors where the second big bucket (free pick artist?) should be. His only discount is 1 AP deep out. Everything else is full AP cost including 2AP pick artist.

I will admit that neither card appealed to me for a couple of reasons:

1. OOP cards are ridiculous

2. If you are going to make an OOP card, make it someone relevant at their original position.  Derrick Henry is at least relevant as a HB, and has thrown passes in the NFL.  Donald Parham is a really tall, below average NFL TE, based on his numbers thus far in the NFL.  Being tall should not be the reason you get a 95 OVR card in MUT.

Having said that, Parham was free and he plays SS, where I was still running the MCS Mike Evans, which is another ridiculous OOP card, so I was happy to take the upgrade at that spot.  I will be running one of the Mahomes cards, either the 96 OVR or the 99 OVR SB MVP card, depending on how much each costs.
