Trait play ball in air

If the trait is aggressive to play ball in air, would you recommend still using PA? I know it’s good for the stamina boost on the return but besides that will the aggressive trait still make my player go for picks without PA?

Interested in seeing what others have to say on this topic.

My own 2 cents is that I think you still want pick artist. In my experience, players without pick artist generally don't get many interceptions even if they have agressive for the play ball trait. But that's also based entirely on my experience running man. It may play differently in zone. The only time, I ran zone without pick artist on every db would have been near the beginning of madden season. Perhaps the higher ratings can make up for it. Also the description on the ability tier list says pick artist helps you get better animations which is probably important for a game where the outcome is animation based.

Fair point, I run zone and I was curious because I’m trying to decide on having acro or PA on my slot corner for my nickle packages I can only have 1 on them cause I’m running KOs and can’t afford ap Wise to Have both acro and PA so I thought with aggressive play ball in air trait I can pass on PA and just use acro

Oh you're looking to use acro or pick artist. I was simply talking about cb without pick artist but this changes things. 

You might be fine in that case. I think I saw a thread on here a while back where someone said their players who had acro but not pick artist still got a lot of interceptions. Can't remember the thread or else I'd link it. 

I've also seen a few people who run zone say a slot cb with pick artist and acrobat has played well for them. This one may require the right scheme though.

But I haven't tried either of these myself so I can't say if either of these stacks are any good.
