I was permanently banned from the auction house. I will never play madden again. after reading their terms the exact thing I did is subjectively not even defined. EA doesnt offer enough depth. It’s fine tho I’ll just never play Madden again. My team was worth over 10 mil and I get banned for my cousin giving a rather petty amount of coins. Banning with no warning is ridiculous when the terms they accuse me with don’t actually have deep enough definition In MY OPINION. They can’t just vacate the coins and warn me It was wrong. Just pitiful. I was having fun AND spending money. just don’t do anything questionable yall. I got denied on two appeals.
that sucks

I’d say start a farm account. Grind and enjoy making a new team, do the legends solos then the toty solos. Get a good amount of coins and don’t spend any money. Then help a friend out while they help your wallet out. Then do it again. Get your money’s worth.

The double accounters banned. Whats surprising?
I am confused....
How did the transfer of coins take place?
Who ever created the game controls what can and what cannot happen in the game.
If coin transfer is not allowed, how did the coin transfer take place?
RIP
Sucks but I had to laugh at you blaming your cousin. Bro wut? You sound like you're making excuses, that's why you won't explain the situation. Your opinion does not matter when it comes to TOS, though, either way.

I got perma banned from ALL Maddens ever, week 1 for god knows what. They said "match cheating" and it went something like "Don't you see you were clearly match cheating and match cheating is illegal, whats so hard to understand?" Their useless customer service then started all my appeals simultaneously before the 1st review completed (I'm pretty sure I'd gotten unbanned from one of them if their process was applied properly, a few weeks later EA couldn't ignore their BS any longer once I think Drini? or another top MCS guy got hit with a similar WTF ban inbetween days at an MCS event)
Anyways I did what you suggested and made a no coin spent NAT team on an alt to play with in squads with friends. I "gift" every single coin I get to spite EA and still stay decently competitive despite having a team of NAT scraps. It's a challenge in of itself and I weirdly enjoy team building working within the confines of rewards. So if OP still wants to play the game I'd highly suggest this route. There's also a binding arbitration request you can send to EA's legal office that I heard most had pretty good success with, It does sound like a hassle though.

You and your cousin transferred coins which is against TOS. What you did is why you got banned. You may not like it, but you were in the wrong in this situation.

Yeah man sucks that you were banned but unfortunately the TOS is very clear about any type of coin transfers, whether you bought them or your cousin gave them to you, in EAs eyes there is no difference whatsoever. And honestly the threatening of not playing another madden would do nothing to them. You not buying it next year does not matter whatsoever. Your $70-100 is a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things

Sold cards for more than they are worth

No I spend 100s and 100s of dollars so over the course of a decade it’s somewhat relevant to someone’s bonus
Bans are very stupid but hopefully it saves you money in the future buddy

I got ya.
My personal opinion would be if they want to max value something, they could max value something and not let it sell for more than they deem it is worth.
Some people on here have a ton of coins and if they are in a hurry to complete a set, they will pay 50,000 coins for a card I am buying for 10,000 coins.
There were a lot of "worthless" cads that became very valuable because of the way they did Team Diamonds. Should they be punished for causing inflated prices cards that are not worth that much?
If they are tracking everything that is done to the degree that they know you sold cards to someone for too many coins and it was done with someone you know, and that person had no intention of using the cards and only wanted to transfer coins to you, how the hell can someone's account get hacked, cards stolen, cards sold, and coins stolen and EA not be able to help that person? That upsets me.
A fair punishment would be to not allow you to compete against others for tournament money or prizes if they feel the extra coins give you an advantage. I am not sure why they would want to keep you from spending more money?
