I've been unbanned from Mut 23 but have a permanent ban from all online modes in all maddens. Weird but I'm playing a h2h seasons game so not sure what's going on. Didn't distribute coins. Had coins wiped but kept all training in players. Might cancel mut 24 pre order and purchase 2k instead

Probably EA's "patch"
would not blame you for canceling your pre order, I'm personally giving up on all future Maddens after all the glitches this year, even though I profited on a couple

Exactly. I submitted an appeal this morning and was unbanned but this afternoon. Got the coins put back on my account but this evening. Come to find out people who got the Madden disc early are playing Mut 24 early. Typical ea

Yeah I tried submitting a case, it’s in progress, just don’t get how you let this happen all they have to do is look at the market and look and half price packs they put in and say “makes sense” to themselves. hope i can get unbanned tho
