Is it just Me….. or does anyone want to be able to use 3 or more GT’s on your team with the two zero AP’s I know I’m asking for a lot but got damn EA wtf is going on.

last year I had 7 on my team and I loved using GT Vick RB, Ted Hendricks, Westry, Plax etc
now I have to choose only 2 bcuz my hands are tied smfh
Yeah it would be nice. Running a packers/titans team (favorite teams), and theres already 3 GTs out for them. Taking short in off Haskins was rough

I don’t know why everyone is making such a big deal out of this. You can use as many GT’s as you want on your team. How many other 2-0AP players would you rather use than some of the GT’s that we will be getting?
What abilities do you absolutely NEED on every player to be able to win some games? I can put only Enforcer or only Pick Artist on my user and do just fine. I can put only Pick Artist or Acro on my corners and do just fine. I can use a Slinger 3 QB with only PLE and do just fine.
I know abilities run the game but I would rather use some of the GT’s with only 1 0AP ability than some shit player that gets 2 0AP abilities.
I have used Strahan with only 0AP DON and he gets way more sacks and pressure than Lawrence Taylor with DON/ETE. 97 Darnell Dockett STILL blows through the o-line regularly with only El Toro. Plenty of WR’s can get separation with only Short In, Route Tech, or Slot-O-Matic, etc.
I could go on all day about how I could run a team with only 1 ability on each player and still win over 60% of H2H games.

I think I have a total of 1 DZKO on 1 safety that’s it. I’m not claiming to be the best Madden player on the planet but I usually win 17+ Champs games a week when I actually play all 25. I normally don’t have a ton of time to play H2H seasons but my win % is around 65% or so and I’ve won 10 Super Bowls.
Also I don’t watch Youtube or rely on someone else to tell me how to spend my AP. I run my own setups on defense and I mostly use coach suggestions on offense. I do have some “go to” plays on offense but I don’t have a “scheme”.

I agree with the user part - you don’t need pick Artist on a user as you’re the one controlling his catching by pressing Y. However you’re brave not running KO’s on your corners man... I’m surprised you’re not getting dotted up. I have at least one KO on each of mine, some with 2.

I get dotted up by really good players sometimes but they’re gonna kick my ass anyways. I‘ve pretty much only used DOZKO on my two deep safeties all year.
Everyone else has Pick Artist or Acro. I run a Man blitz and when it doesn’t work I fall back on mostly cover 2 and cover 4 zone, a little cover 3. I have pretty good redzone D so I’m more of a bend don’t break mentality.
I tried some of the man KO’s a few different times and they were so inconsistent for me. I know the zone KO’s work pretty good but they just haven’t been necessary for me. With my adjustments I get tons of INT’s with only PA/Acro.
I played around 20-25 HR games today and I think I lost only 1-2 total.
