If you’re dead set on one of these three I would try Lance. Mixon and Gilmore have the same release and it is terribly slow. 
 

I’m using Night Train Lane QB (95 ovr) with gunslinger and long range deadeye for only 6AP total.  He‘s probably about half the price of Lance. Otherwise Joe Namath is another great option if you like GS/HRM but he’s more coin.
