Was this years Madden the worst?

I personally think this years madden was the worst.

Abilites: Abilites this year have been so bad. The fact that the only reason why PATRICK MAHOMES isn’t as good as TIM TEBOW because he doesn’t get the same fucking superhero abilities. And, Abilites shouldn’t be a thing. Give Patrick Mahomes built in Bazooka. SFL. Escape Artist (it’s just a example chill). and Run N Gun. that’s how he plays. I know a lot of football but I never knew Tom Tebow was a good deep ball thrower. I mean the stats say he’s the worst deep ball QB of all time but I guess he deserves it.

Coins: In my opinion. if you play H2H and win 800 games. You should have a lot of coins. but no. its so stupid that people like me (who haven’t gotten one glitch this year) are stuck with 97 OVR teams with no coins. But people who got the game a week ago have a god squad and 40M because they got a stupid glitch. Obviously some people have 100M from market predictions, market flipping. and more. That’s the kinda stuff I respect. I feel like those people should have the god squads with 40M sitting around.

AKA: AKA is one of the coolest promos I’ve ever seen. I found it cool with Calvin Johnson “Megatron” getting double me for some plays. and nothing for some. Then they had to ruin it with RB’s that break 2 tackles minimum if you don’t have secure tackler. I run dollar and I’m not upset I can’t stop the run perfectly in a defense where there’s only 3 d-lineman. And if someone is running Gus the Bus in I-Form Hulk I switch to 4-3. But that still sometimes doesn’t work. Also the fact the Gus the Bus, a rarely seeing the field RB2 for the Ravens is better than MARSHALL FAULK. Because Faulk doesn’t get a Superman ability where he doesn’t automatically break tackles.

KO’s: Ko‘s this year have been so bad. I see Harold Carmichael on Darelle Revis on a one on one. That’s 6”7 on 5”10. Carmichael wins in a streak by 10 yards. I throw it. And the ball is dropped because Darelle Revis breathe’d on his ass hairs. KO’s we’re a good thing this year so you don’t have Carmichael on Revis and he wins everytime because he’s 9 inches taller then up but this year it’s so bad. This is another thing where certain players get Pick Artist and some get DRKO.

Yeah I have grinder this game since it came out at least 2 hours every week and I’m in the same situation as you. No glitches for me, so no god squad for me.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Abilities are way too ridiculous this year. The best players ever should be the best in the game. Emmit Smith, Marshall Faulk, and Barry Sanders should be the best in the game. Not a backup RB on the Ravens and a return specialist who has had 2 good rushing years now. You should definitely get more coins for wins in the higher tiers. I’ve won a few super bowls so that gives you some good pulls for coins. I get your point though. 800 wins. The AKA X factors that start on are ridiculous. If they get tackled for a loss, the X factor should Turn off. the KOS are way too much. If my receiver has you burnt on a streak, post out, or crossing in route by 2 yards, they should catch the ball. I should be able to catch that on the run. Not have to possession catch just because they have an ability when I have 99 Randy Moss catching the ball. 
 

the glitch plays in gun tight need to get fixed. If I know exactly where the routes are going, the db’s should go in the zone where I’m putting them. curl flats could always cover post outs and corner routes. It’s BS

it was hard to get used to after last years game - at the start it played rather different - seems like they have been adjusting to make it play more like 22

but either way its not the worst

whatever year was the xbox 360 launch - the madden that hit at the debut of it - was terrible, didnt even have any features lol

I think the fiasco with the abilities was an attempt to generate more revenue. Now we all have cards with max stats that will need upgrades because better abilities will come out on the next card. it’s a cash grab that backfired.

I honestly hate field sense so much. Bring back the old madden gameplay

Abilities and OOP have destroyed MUT. But the younger crowd appears to love the direction MUT is heading, so no hope for improvement next year.

I think this was probably the best year for content and the glitches helped the community it made cards affordable and if u didn’t get in on at least one glitch this year if u weren’t at work it’s kinda your fault it happend every week during a promo since campus hero’s 2 for the first 30 mins but the game just wasn’t able to handle all these abilities and yea they screwed a lot of players the aka thing was acceptable before unstoppable force and fr train but I can say I’ve had a lot of fun this year this is probably the most packs ive ever been able to pull since madden 11 with the bronze account tvp really was a game changer for me I was about to quit in November until I got some lucky pulls and was able to keep up with the bs players but I’ve been able to keep the top ovr possible since dec this year is the best definition of love and hate

I hate Gun Tight because everyone uses the same play out of it and regardless of what defense you run someone will be open.  Gotta hope they make a bad read.
