I still need about 1,500 tackles to get the "Get 6,000 Tackles" Objective. I maximize tackles inside of Solo Battles, but what challenges are you all using to get more, outside of Solo Battles?
Solo Battles are your best bet but any of the UL final challenges are the entire 2nd half so just do zone coverage and you should get at least 10+
Solo Battles, get ahead by 3 scores then punt every time you get the ball. play off coverage and they will check down and get easy tackles most of the game.

Thanks! I do all of the above to maximize tackles during my Solo Battles, but was looking for some Defensive Challenges tailored for Tackles to supplement. I will try the UL challenges.
I would just do any defensive challenge that has a goal of don't give up a touchdown.
Basically anything where you don't have to play offense so you can just get right back into getting tackles
Let time take care of it. The amount of XP you get for that objective is an absolute joke, and it likely won't matter in the end.

You are right, but I am finished with everything else that I can do at this point, and have some time to kill, plus I have a bit of OCD so seeing that one objective unfinished every time I go by that screen irritates me!!

Let's do some math to quell your OCD and showcase mine. You get more XP just by doing ONE daily. (5500xp) vs (5000xp) for tackles. Let's say season XP could only be earned by making tackles. 1,346,000 XP gets you to level 55. But wait one tackle doesn't even give you one XP it takes 6 tackles for 5 XP. So 1,346,000 x1.2 = 1,615,200 tackles to reach level 55! If we're to factor in the other tackle objectives it 10k xp for every 6k tackles. So 807,000 tackles for level 55.
Assuming daily only for XP plus the bonus every 5 days(assuming the bonus XP continued past 40 days) it would take just under 3 months to get to level 55. This is just logging on for less than 10 mins a day.
The other problem with tackles is they are tedious to get vs the CPU. They throw INTs, fumble often. You would need to hard flat, then remove yellow zones every play. Only to have the CPU QB miss a stick route.
I'm I smart??? doubt it, I just spent 30 mins doin some math rather than playing the game.

While I appreciate your reply, you clearly didn't read and comprehend the initial question. Nowhere in my initial question was me asking people to let me know if they think me trying to do this objective is a good or bad idea. I already know that it is an inefficient use of my time, and in the end probably won't matter, but that is my decision to make, not yours. If you don't have an answer, or an idea that actually addresses the question that I asked, better you move on and find something more "efficient" to do with your time.

I’m with you; some of those career objectives on the SP need to be 15-25k for what they are!

This is ultimately what i decided upon -- initially, i was determined to grind for both points and tackles, however for what 5,000 XP or whatever, hardly seems worth it. Just keep playing as you normally would and i'm sure you'll finish no problem. I respect and very much empathize with you wanting to be complete with your approach.
When do we finally get to unlock that Jamal Adams card, btw? Is that tomorrow, hopefully?

My man just went full Billy Madison LOL.
"Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

Well, to be fair he went right to interjecting his opinion about why it wasn't smart for me to do what I asked the forum's help in accomplishing, which is an opinion I couldn't care less about. I actually wasn't thinking of the Billy Madison reference, but it is definitely appropriate in this case.
