Does anybody have a list of the top best Ablities and x factors for every single position in the game?
QB abilities: gunslinger, escape artist, hot route master, protected for pocket passers
RB: Evasive, Backfield master, Bruiser for power backs
WR route technician, slot-o-matic, deep out elite
TE and O-Line tbh have no clue
D-Line: Inside stuff
LBs: Lurker if you plan on usering them, enforcer
Secondary: acrobat, pick artist, one step ahead for man defense
These are some good abilities you can use. Hope this helps.
How’s Edge Protector this year? Worth putting on Offensive Tackles?
X-Factors
Since I don’t know abilities very well…
QB: Bazooka
HB (Decision):
- Freight Train: about 9 out of 10 times you’ll want this, because it automatically breaks the first tackle, and if you have good run blockers, it’s usually only one defender that gets through anyway; this ability usually results in a 10-20+ yard play
- Ankle Breaker: If you usually pass the ball instead of running or like to run HB screen or throw texas or flat routes to your RB, use this ability. It’s an improved version of First One Free and improves jukes and spins without a single-play limit
WR: Double Me
TE: YAC ‘Em Up
LE/DT/RE: Unstoppable Force
Rush OLB: Unstoppable Force
Coverage LB: Avalanche
CB (Decision):
- Universal Coverage: Use this ability if you tend to mix zone and man coverages
- Shutdown: Use this ability if you exclusively run man coverage
- Zone Hawk: Use this ability if you exclusively run zone coverage
Deep FS/SS: Zone Hawk
SUBLB FS/SS (Decision):
- Universal Coverage: Use this on box safeties if you run coverages that use your SUBLB/box safeties in man coverage
- Avalanche: Use this if you hit-stick naturally upon contact, and if you exclusively put your SS or FS in the SUBLB position (It’s very difficult to activate otherwise)

Omaha is a really good QB X-Factor too. You can see your opponents defensive coverage when it's activated. Pro Reads is also solid because it ignores pressure and then truzz can be good if you're a scrambler.
