What happened to abilities having a CHANCE to activate?

Doesn’t seem like this is the case… KO cancer every game is back. I thought EA stated prior to release abilities wouldn’t be 100%? or am I talking out my ass

What happened to the Mahomes Superman throw? Never seen that shit ONCE this whole year, and that was one of their main advertisements. Honestly just sad.
