So while the RP program has evolved over the years, the general premise is that at the end of the current year, sets are buildable that yield a current year 99ovr RP player, and a low elite binder only (it was 84ovr last year) version of that player in next year’s Madden version, at or close to global release. Last year, if you built all 32 (one from each team), you received a souped up 99 champion card (Hutchinson last year) and an 87ovr auctionable version of Hutchinson at launch.
