It is simple run block vs pass block boosts?

So on a non pass rusher, reinforcement would be better?

Mut.gg description - The games top defenders excel in all situations. When they enter the zone, this ability increases their chance of defeating run blocks, and disrupting catches via tackles.

. So it seems like a combo of knockouts and better run block shedding

Dual Threat

You basically nailed it, it’s the knockouts Without the improved reactions. reinforcement is kinda like out my way in the previous maddens if you remember that. Dual threat seems kinda mid compared to unstoppable force and colossus but gives you nice versatility if you blitz the player, I run dual threat on ROLB BO and have been happy

I have been running a combination of Reinforcement (Ji`Ayir Brown) and Dual Threat (Kam Chancellor), but i still prefer to have that Mid Zone KO on them, as the improved reaction time aspects of those abilities are severely under-rated. Just last evening I reverted to moving Brown back to his natural position (SS) and adjusted his X-factor back to 0AP Mid Zone KO (instead of 1AP Reinforcement), as in recent weeks he's been an outside corner for me, with that ability stack (Deep + Mid + PA for a mere 1AP), was trying to use Reinforcement to slow or prevent RPO cheese. Not terrible, but i'm thinking I can defend that/those without needing X-factors at this point and I wanted to get back to using the UF & Colossus on my D-line, unless/until we see everyone running Secure Protector everywhere.

Anyway, Dual Threat on Kam paired with 1AP Mid Zone KO kind of gave me the best of both worlds, improved reaction times, while also preserving the various KOs everywhere on the field. I honestly still don't know the difference between these two X-factors, they seem eerily similar to me. I always tend to chalk this stuff up to "EA logic" which can be SUS, to put it midly.
