Yes, if you do the Alumni solos and reach L20 there.

Is anything known about the MUT player items earned from CUT like what cards they will be?  Also, will we lose the 3 elites if we claim the champion or will those cards be returned as BND?

To get the Puka card in 25, yes. You just had to open the pack, per EA's information.
