No. Whatever ratings are required for the 98's, add one to that. Same amount of cards, but one tick increase in rating.

It will take (2) 97's, (3) 93's and (4) 89's.  The 93's will be expensive as they are being required for the first time.

Best weekend to use tokens for anyone who is going to do it.  93s will be really expensive and the 99s will be over a mil easy.
