What OVR is considered "good" at this point?

Thanks to pulling in a couple million off the TVP glitch, I was able to improve my team a bit. I'm now sitting pretty at a 97 OVR- which I know isn't exactly God Squad levels, but is it at least competitive at this point of the game? I've never really played against other people, but I'm enjoying this team so far, and want to see what it can do against something other than the CPU.

A 97 ovr squad is plenty competitive. I have a 97 Steelers TT made completely of BNDs and am currently in MVP division in H2H. 

Of course, team overall doesn't really matter as long as it's within a certain range. User skill does.

Yeah, at this point your competitive success depends on your skill.

You can get to a 97 with only BND's and rentals, so I'd say 97+ and you'd be fairly competitive with the right abilities to match your scheme.

Just played a quick Seasons game. I lost 13-3, but at least I can see where I need to improve. I'm halfway decent on defense, I just need to make better reads on offense.

You sound like the exact opposite of me. I'm an offensive mastermind, but I can't get a defensive stop to save my life lol

To be fair, it's hard to suck on defense when you have Derwin in the box and Sauce shutting down everything that gets by him.

Well I am at 96 across the board. 

Now a buddy of mine has a 92 offense and 89 defense team but he doesn't cares about the overall just uses players he likes in the league.

True. I picked up Jalen Ramsey from solos so maybe he won’t get burnt like Cam Smith

Cam's been alright for me as CB3. Every now and then, I'll send him on a blitz, just to really screw with people.

IM 96 but could easily be a 98 but i prefer to use the players that fit my scheme more.I also think someone with a  lower overall can beat a Gawd squad if his skills are better...just my opinion.
