Depends on if you hot route a lot. For me, HRM is a necessity and fearless is not. For others, it’s the opposite. If you run apprentices on your receivers or running backs, you can save a lot of AP going to HRM instead. If not, and you don’t run multiple secure protectors, you might value Fearless more.
It took only one time me throwing a “inaccurate pass - under pressure“ INT to know I needed Fearless.
I found fearless a must at the beginning of the year not sure you need it now though. I still run it since I have the ap. HRM is useful if you take advantage of the extra hot routes but if you don't it's definitely being wasted.
I'd try a few games with hrm and see if you can survive without fearless.
