When are what are the actual 99s gonna be?

In past years we have hade tons of 99s and it seems like EA is running out of time to actually do a good promo with 99s

Draft promo will kick off 99 release.  I thought for sure last weekend the UL’s would move to all 99.  I dont like the split release with 99 LTD.

It has to be soon. I'm hoping ULs will start being 99s, not just the LTDs. I have some boss sets I want to redeem lol.
