This is messed up, Franco dies days before the 50th anniversary of the immaculate reception and he doesn't even get a single card. As soon as Tom Brady fake retired they gave him a card. If he doesn't get this week's legends card to him or give him a tribute card, they are crazy. He is definitely a legend and deserves a card! Do yall agree?
People need to understand that his death affected EA's ability to use his name and likeness in his games because they do not have his rights. They would have to have his family's permission to put him in the game.
Now, if one of your loved ones died, would you think someone asking you for permission to put them in a video game is very considerate?

I never even thought about that, good point. I forgot about that, I got a steelers theme team and am antsy to get rid of James Conner. Thanks for the clarification.
Cards shouldn't be created as death tributes. If they had his rights and planned to give him a card, they should. If they didn't, they shouldn't. Can you imagine that call? "Hey, we heard Franco died. Sorry about that. Can we put him in our game to get high school kids to spend their parents money trying to add them to their squad?"

Its just bad timing. He was probably supposed to get one for the 50th anny but it didnt work out.
Kevin Green didnt get one either.

Best answer, dealt with understanding and without scorn. If you could pin posts within threads, this would surely be the one for this one.
