Where to find info on S3 strat cards?

I see some stray cards have a longer training path for S3. Anywhere I can find info on this or has nobody posted anything?

Now that WRs are 98-99 SPD, I want to try different Strat cards. 

Tired of SPD SPD SPD....SPD SPD....SPDSPDSPDSPD!

I have one of the speed ones and one of the hybrid on D and with the new levels bumped everyone up to 99 zone and Man and it is a noticeable difference for sure they seem to really fly around.
