I've had TOTY Justin Jefferson in my lineup for a while but just completed the set for 99 ROH Randy Moss and choose to take 98 Jerry Rice out the set fantasy packs. Which is better and what abilities should I run on each I have 2 AP open for one of the two?

Randy gets 0ap for route tech and deep out.. spend the AP somewhere else

Moss can get deep out, route tech, and your preference of short in or short out for 1 ap easily the better than Jefferson

I've used both of these receivers and byfar moss is the best receiver I've used.
