Who is better? TOTY Surtain or Ward

Who do I choose from the two. Both would be auctionable and I have no TT, so just straight up who do you think is better?

Haven’t used Ward but Pat with Acrobat has been very good i have him powered up and used his TOTW for a while and the TOTY seems to play much better than the TOTW did. So I would tell you PS2 won’t disappoin you
