Well since we dont have the throw style yet its all up in the air. (Or were updated and I didnt look yet)
Assuming 80/90 are still thresholds:
Allen > Montana > Wentz (baked in abilities)
Obv if someone has like Slinger 1 or i believe its Gen 3 that boosts them more up as well.

I packed him and ended up switching to Wentz because that slow ass wind up was costing me games.

I'm using Headliner Wentz and he's really solid for as cheap as he is (in comparison to other 86+ cards)
Overall best QB is probably Allen, but I highly doubt he's worth his price tag.
