Man coverage has been so hit or miss for me. I’ve used Inside Shade, Outside Shade, OSA, Inside+Outside Shade, Manually shaded correctly against certain routes/formations. It hasn’t mattered at all at times, the receiver abilities still get separation. The key to success in Man coverage for me is really only when I can get immediate pressure before the routes can break away from the DB’s.
Im not a man player so I can’t speak to that but I can tell you I have short out and deep out on Moss and he will light up a few times a game when Vs a one step ahead and burn them so it happens man
if playing on all pro thats why....rarely happens in all madden seasons, all pro is absolute 10000000000% garbage, crazy to me that the best players in the world (mcs) cant play on all madden lol but thats what happens when a majority of the pros never played IRL, gotta cater to the 1% instead of the 99%
I ain't a man player but I've had issue with corners getting burned on a streak in zone even when I shad over the top its weird.

what are you talking about laying on All madden or all pros? How is that an option in h2h?
I had the same issue so I just send a minimum of 5 sometimes 6 for pressure. If given enough time every CB in the game will get burned. I'll get dotted up sometimes but can play normal defense once they get inside the 30

Yeah you can play regular H2H seasons or All-Madden seasons

This game is literally more inconsistent that my X texting me, blocking me, unblocking me, callin me.
I literally understand everything you’re saying bcuz I play Man and also 50/50,49er’s and have Boldin (1 step ahead and DRKO) He gets beat a ton I press I don’t press, I shade I don’t shade, i had him before and sold but then got to 50/50 and 6/6 TT so I’m like shit I’ll add him back to replace Deion Sanders in the slot, nope.
And don’t even get me started on KO’s my gosh talk about inconsistency, I have multiple clips online Champs and H2H dude throws into DOUBLE COVERAGE, both of my players light up and not only don’t I get a INT, dude comes down with a catch and not a Knockout, literally horrible ready just throwing the ball up for a prayer and gets rewarded and I sit there and go Ok well I’m not expecting to win this game bcuz there’s literally nothing I can manually do about a situation like that. Some games they work, most they don’t. Frustrating as hell bcuz I lose to people I shouldn’t have bcuz that might make up 1 play which costs me the W
