i feel like this is a topic worth a discusssion but the big boys get so much hate for no reason at all offensively and defensively in this game it's like we want all of them to be slow but we have the same couple of outside linebackers, ends and tackles who absloutely get to the quarterback every time in the NFL?
i'm curious of people's opinion as to why?
When you say 'we', you're not including me in that.
I value linemen on both sides of the ball, and I wouldn't have been building my team effectively enough if at any point I'd kept the bog standard gold OL/DL players in my lineup longer at the expense of getting more so called 'skill' players first.
Love lineman. Hate how EA basically ruined MUT this year by giving them all 99 speed/acceleration. I mean who wants to run the ball in a football simulation game anyway. Smh

this is what i meant by this being a discussion of topic i'm not blaming EA for that but i for one am for players that want 99 speed and accel on all the big boys conisdering everyone will have the fastest card if not good enough speed cards in the game but i see people want these guys to be slow like they wasn't catching the Vicks,Lamar's or RG3's of the world. or not getting to the second level toward the linebackers.

I love o linemen. This is the position group that i give thought to more than any other position in the game. I have specific zero ability points players with nasty streak that i sub in specifically for run plays and zero ap players with SP for pass plays. And i love the fact that you can get them to 95 plus speed with chems and boosts

buck sweep out of ravens playbook with 2 99 speed guards with nasty streak is super fun IMO though.

I’m quite the opposite. Before Madden I didn’t have a clue about football and thought running plays were boring. Now the running and blocking is one of my favourite parts of the game. A pulling guard flattening a linebacker is a thing of beauty. I spend a lot of time on both my lines.
I've honestly probably gone through more lineman this year on both sides of the ball than I have any other position.
You gotta respect the big guys!!!! They are always over shadowed by any other position since they aren't out there doing all the flashy stuff. Them boys need to have some respect put on their names! Str8 up in the trenches putting in work play after play! Having a OL/DL with 99 speed is much needed and allows them to have a chance on both sides of the ball! I would not have it any other way honestly!
