Why is CB Calvin rated so low at FS? Has anybody tried him there yet?

I compared him to my current FS (Weapon X) and all of his stats were better (based on what I was able to see), why is Calvin only an 85? What am I missing here?

EA weights attributes strangely when playing OOP

Calvin compared to Dawkins I can see SOMEWHAT what they did.  BDawk's blockshed, tackle and pursuit are quite a bit higher, which you typically would want in a safety.  

Some of the drops in OVR, like putting a RE @ LE and ROLB @ LOLB and you see them drop an OVR or two I will just never get.

He actually plays decent up top. that where im using him behind steve atwater and he is a beast on jump balls

Thanks. I was just looking at coverage stats mostly, so I guess that makes sense. 
 

do you think Calvin would be a good FS? I don’t need a CB but really want him.
