For example: When Vick gets an upgrade will I be able to put him into the Power up like last year or is the power up strictly for Legends?

Since they did away with power ups for all but legends every card should be upgradable from within each card. Rather than have multiples of cards from the same player clogging up the AH card upgrades from within each card seems like a no brainer.
