Will the RR 99 card price come down

Good day, everyone
 

As everyone knows these redzone royals cards have been sitting  around 1.1 or 1.2 million for the last three weeks now and my question is out of all the promos I’ve seen this year , This has maintained its release price the longest out of every promo and I don’t know why 

Correct me if I’m wrong but most people are playing the college football game I would assume  that would bring the price down not to mention it’s the end of madden 24 so being the value of “want“ is not important but I guess I am wrong , I don’t understand this promo and how it correlates to the market.  I’m seeing RR 95 cards going for 75K!  
Just awkward if you ask me how the 99’s still are maintaining there value this late into July 

So I guess I’m wondering if anyone out there has any idea when they think these card prices would drop?

Not likely. It's been the opposite, and the prices have actually been increasing. Fewer people playing means much less activity on the AH, so much less chance for snipes. Week one the 99's were in the mid 700k range, I snagged one for 500k. Not much chance of that now.

Nope, and with more people quitting they may go up because less packs/pulls

nope, probably more now

Last year prices went up as the program went on. I learned from that and got it out of the way early this year.

see that’s  the part that I can’t seem to understand because the people that are playing are in the hundreds and they’re doing RR sets so the market should be somewhat going down,  with that promo but it’s not . Also how  how does this make sense that something that nobody wants is more valuable ? because according to you you’re saying less people are playing therefore nobody wants it so why is the price increasing or staying the same?

You understand the law of supply and demand? Very few people are playing right now or doing anything with the AH = LOW supply. Most of the people that are still playing, are trying to finish RP sets or build enough coins to finish = HIGH DEMAND. The irony is you saying it's something "that nobody wants", when clearly they are the only thing left that people do want.

I feel bad for the people that have stuck this out, only to be undercut by CF25, and have to scrape to get maybe one of the two available Rookie Premiere items not involving tokens.

I was around for as long as I could compete for one of the limited Keon Colemans. Now that that's behind me, there's literally nothing to play for. Meanwhile, my participation on the Auction House, after months of dealing, was limited to purchases. I've sold one card in the last month, and it was a mere flip of a card I bought for next to nothing.

I had 7 million coins saved up and got only one RP they ruined that for me honestly

I have a handful of RR cards i wish i could gift you right now, but that's against the rules -- not to mention, i legit lack access to the Auction House, as EA has deemed me not worthy after trying to profit off Team Diamond set pieces back in December.

I've been holding off burning all my "extra" Redzone Royale cards, in the off chance (delusional, i know... oof) that EA decides to bless us with some sort of exchange set or additional opportunity to build or add more Rookie Premiers, or heck, maybe even exchange some of the cards we have for others.  I don't even know how or why i got that idea in my head, but the only other thing I can do with these cards is quicksell them for 650k Training value.  Uggh.

I know this doesn't help answer your question, but the majority of people that did the Redzone Royale sets then went on to put many/most of those RR cards (x4 per) into Rookie Premiers, thereby removing them from the market.  POOF.  Goner.  The supply continues to dwindle, IMO -- and less and less people are playing and the ones that are might be slightly more casual and also trying to catch up or keep up with those three RP sets that carry over to next year.  I am only speculating, but that's my best theory at the moment.

What do you have left at this point in coins, binder, etc.?

You couldn’t have hit the nail on the head more. Just because there are less people playing doesn’t mean the demand for the RR cards are any less. The demand is actually higher for them hence the price rise in them, but the supply on them is very low. The sets to complete 99 RRs arent infinite like most other sets, they are limited to 1 card per account.  So unless they’re flying out of packs, which they aren’t, the only way to get them is to build the set.  And unfortunately for you a lot of people also thought the same, I’ll wait it out a few weeks til everyone quits and get them done for cheaper. Now there’s just a bunch of people scrambling cause the prices haven’t dropped

They’ll drop completely once the option to use them to build RP sets is done. After that they’re just like all the other cards interchangeable based on your choice instead of a need based thing
