There's definitely at least another way to earn xp for headliners field pass coming as currently you are unable to complete the field pass even if you have all the xp. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a part 3. But I think historically speaking three part programs don't happen often.

I’d say no. And the rest of the xp will be from forge (gauntlet) and stay objectives but that’s just my guess
