I never did it before, I just linked my twitch tho, and I don’t really understand what I’m supposed to do or when I’m supposed to do it.
and is it really that easy? If I just click a few things I get a free 88 ovr card?

If you're linked all you need to do is turn on the steam.
Streams start at 6:30 pm eastern on September 5 and 6th. Just watch those streams and claim your drops or use the auto claimer extension that slammer has linked in one of his posts

If you've already have your account linked, it really is that easy.
Step 1: Link account (done, right?)
Step 2: Watch the stream(s). Here's where they get you. You will need 3 tokens to get Micah. You get two from the first stream, and two from the second (as well as twitch packs sprinkled in). Notice you get 4 tokens total if you choose to collect them. You should choose to collect them. Try to tune into the stream as early as possible too, as they make you work to get them things lol.
Step 3: Pay attention while watching the stream. You typically get rewards every 30 minutes or every hour. However, some rewards will not start being collected until the previous reward is claimed. If you're watching on a browser, an option to claim a reward will pop up in the chat for you to click as soon as you complete it. If you let that pop up expire, you will then get a notification. This page --> https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory <-- is where you manage your drops. It will show you the time requirements needed for the drops, any completed drops that need to be claimed, and any progress towards drops.
Step 4: Get your shiny new drops in-game. DON'T be one of those ppl that goes to their game immediately after claiming a drop, then complaining in chat that you didn't get your drop. It's not instantaneous. Sometimes it may take a bit. Patience is good. They'll show up. You can then redeem the tokens for Micah in Sets.
When it comes to the tokens, you can get up to 4, and I recommend getting all 4. You'll notice that you can exchange a token for a twitch pack. If you plan on playing all year, resist the urge. More players (and tokens) will be coming as the year goes on, and if you collect all the players, you will use them to get a final player. You can use any extra tokens later on, but don't burn them on packs now.

Can I watch on my phone or does it have to be a computer

phone is ok ✅

Your phone should work fine but it wouldn't hurt to have access to a computer as well. I believe last year there was an issue where some people didn't credit for watching. I believe most of the people who had this issue were on mobile. Just watch a few minutes and make sure everything is tracking properly on your phone.
