How do you get him? I assumed by completing frozen forge but ive completed all the ZC solos including that one... Am I missing something?
And please tell me its not to do with ZC XP since theyre refusing to give us part of it in their events when you beat them.

You can get him when new challenges come out not enough points for him thus far
