Zone chemistry....what is this?

I have the Epic In the Zone strat card , that shows up separately, but in the right side where it shows all my chems, team chems ,etc....it says "Zone" active Tier 0., apparently I have 1/2  itema needed....it boosts CBs, requires 2 components...

I have no idea what I have that boosts Zone other than my strat card.... can anyone help?
