Abilities Help Please

I am running a Cowboys Theme Team and I have no idea what abilities are good for H2H games. I have 20,000 training and was thinking of using it on my
cornerbacks, safeties, wide receivers, and QB. Was alos thining on my offensive line as I am a pocket passer and i get blitzed a lot. Not that good of a player
in online gaming. But any help or adive will be appreicated. I did see my cornerbacks can all get lurker but I really don't know if it makes a difference if I have
to play as a CB or or not. I tend to stick with the defensive ends on defensive plays. Here is my team below with positions in the same place I use in game.

I would recommend some of the following Abilities myself:

-Acrobat on as many DBs as you can.
-Assuming 91 Dak gets an upgrade to at least 92 (he should easily get a TD), you should then be able to equip Pass Lead Elite on him.
-On my o-line, I like to equip Edge Protectors on my LT/RT since they mostly deal with the edge rushers, and Post Up on my interior linemen, mostly LG/RG, to help with the double team blocking on DTs and inside blitzers.
-Route Technician is a nice Ability to look at for WRs as it helps them run cleaner routes and get more separation, definitely useful to beat man coverage.
