I would go for a faster cb. Pat Pete is a little slow to be starting now in my opinion. Sauce or Ken Riley are my top recommendations but they're both most of your budget.

Revis and Jaire Alexander both play well for me if you're looking to spend around 300k.

Fruit Punch, Cromartie, or Woodson would be my recommendations at around 120-200k.
