For Man coverage the best would be as many of these as can fit on your team, they all get discounted Inside Shade
2AP
FS Lott
CB Cromartie
3AP
CB Ward
SS Polamalu
CB Diggs
Since you have 12 AP to use, you only need a combo of any 4 of the above to have max inside shade at all times if you run something like dollar zero blitzes.
After those, you can see who gets discounted route KOs if you prefer over inside shade or in tandem with
