Cheapest way to get Training

I'm in dire need of training, what's the cheapest way to get training? There used to be a spreadsheet but I've lost it

Sets that gives back NCAT's, then quickselling them and sell the 'master' of the set. At least this is what I used to do a couple of weeks ago, now I'm just buying them through the auction block since I do not have much time to play the game...

You have to be patient on sniping cards... it's a good method, though.
