I have been building my Raiders to an 98 ovr but Lynch is too much and the Stroud Richardson cards give me the boost but all I have left is HB 99 to get my first ever 99 ovr 24 MUT lol been doing this for years and I need to know how much affect it has to go with 99 ovr players not team specific ? Thanks in advance

*Update* I got Lynch last night 🥲 he is amazing on All Madden he runs like All Pro level 👏 🙌 they got this card right 😎
